The Carbine CDL7200-HD Heavy Duty Dual Lever Mechanical Lock boasts all the benefits of the current CDL7100-HD but in addition is BCA Compliant with levers on both sides. With various model configurations including dual keypad and mortice & dead latch model too, the CDL7200-HD is the perfect compliment for users looking for a heavy duty weather resistant lock.

The CDL7-HD series features an easy to use heavy duty code change system on the rear of the pad. Simply flick switches instead of changing discs. This has also allowed for an even greater improved internal locking mechanism to prevent costly breakdowns. The addition of ball bearing-style push buttons also increases resistance to code manipulation. The CDL7-HD series is available in various models to suit lockset, deadlatch and mortice lock.

• Important note: External lever features a security break point, so the lever will shear off when excessive pull force is applied, preventing entry. This lever SHOULD NOT be used as a pull handle where significant force is required. For installations requiring a pull handle on heavy doors, we recommend using the CDL7100 knob model and / or an additional pull handle.
• Cycle tested and exceeds 100,000 openings
• Heavy duty cryptographic elements used in combination setting
• Ideal for storerooms, key cabinets and similar areas
• Lockset model is dual BCA compliant with code AS1428
• Clutching external BCA compliant lever
• 2 hour fire rating for CDL7 model with use of the supplied latchset
• Weather tested to 240 hours (salt spray test)
• Backset is 60mm standard; 70mm and 127mm backsets available as an option
• Suits door thicknesses 32mm to 54mm
• Handles are reversible to allow fitting to left or right handed opening doors
• Easy to change user codes via removal of the back cover
• Larger body footprint allows retrofit to cover lockset holes
• Suits new and retrofit applications with everything provided in the package. Retrofits for various models including Carbine NK2000 & Lockwood 530 digital
